My name is Ceceila Fitzgerald and I want to introduce you to Peter Pasquale.

I had the pleasure of working with him during the John Muir Health Epic installation - and let me say that he served the organization above and beyond our expectations!

Here is a little bit about him:

Peter is a top-tier instructional designer.  I find it hard to find words to express the breadth and depth of his easy-to-follow training materials, but let me say this: I took over Epic Professional and Hospital Billing after Peter left, and I was able to teach at the highest level even though some of the content was new to me.

In fact, I have incorporated a number of his teaching principles ( our staff lovingloy call them Peterisms) into my own curriculum.

More importantly, students still use his manuals and “living documents” even though more than five months have passed since go-live.

Peter is a leader. My hat goes off to Peter as even in the midst of a mind-boggling host of competing priorities and multiple go-lives, he was a superb co-manager with me for our training team.

People can be challenging but Peter's leadership was the glue that held our team together.

In addition, while other training teams sometimes scrambled to establish policies  – and to even find their daily supplies  – our team was organized.

Peter saw to it that we had orderly procedures, efficient staff meetings and an “Epic Central” cabinet that kept us moving at high speed.

Peter is an amazing communicator.  He is creative and comes up with charts, illustrations and concepts that no one else thinks of.

He has the unique ability to explain the “whys” and everyone loved him for it.

I was new to Hospital Billing and I found Peter to be generous and giving to me - he was a full partner and a mentor of Epic functionality at the same time.

If you ever have the opportunity to see his presentation on the difference between HAR and Guarantor Account you will easily see what I mean.

In sum, Peters contributions were invaluable as can be attested by letters of recommendation by both me and our highly detailed training team director at John Muir.  Without a doubt I believe that he would be a valuable asset to your organization!

Peter can supply my contact info to you if you desire.
